My LINC Training and Documentation

NOW AVAILABLE in My LINC! The Guide to M-Pathways Student Administration and HRMS v.9 Upgrade – June 2008 in My LINC provides links to an eLearning course, overview of change documents, online demonstrations, and more.

• My LINC will be available during the upgrade weekend in June
• FYI: Version 9 simulations use Flash player instead of RapidBuilder. There is no change needed for your workstation to run these simulations.
• If you register for an eLearning course before June 4 and do not complete it by June 4, your registration will be canceled. You will need to re-register after June 9 to complete the course.

Interchanges & Webinars

The interchanges will be recorded and available for replay via this Web page soon after the event. 

U-M Data Warehouse Data Set Labs

The data set labs provide an opportunity to get help creating and/or modifying your own queries, get specific questions answered, and concerns addressed. Please complete the recommended training prior to registering for a lab.

• HRL322 DW- HRMS Data Set Upgrade Lab – Register in My LINC for sessions in June, July or August

Note: Student Records data set lab dates will be scheduled for late summer. An e-mail will be sent to users after the lab dates are scheduled.

Available after the Upgrade

Many of the existing SA and HRMS courses and documents will be updated with v.9 information in June. All documentation will contain a date of 5/5/08 or higher if it is updated to v.9.
