My LINC/MAIS LINC Overview

Staff can register for HRD courses online in My LINC.
M-Pathways, eMploy, and U-M Data Warehouse users can find their familiar MAIS LINC resources in the expanded site.

My LINC (HRD and MAIS Learning & Information Center) is an integrated, Web-based repository. The MAIS LINC Catalog on My LINC supports administrative systems training class registration, and it provides training materials and other documentation. (My LINC also supports registration for Human Resource Development (HRD) classes, but the following information does not discuss HRD resources on My LINC.)
U-M administrative systems users can use MAIS LINC to register for instructor-led and eLearning training courses, access eLearning courses, and view system simulations and documentation if they have access to M-Pathways, U-M Data Warehouse, or eMploy.
MAIS frequently posts new and updated materials that reflect changes to the administrative systems.
Accessing MAIS LINC
You can go to MAIS LINC now, if you use M-Pathways systems, the U-M Data Warehouse, or eMploy.
- Windows users should log into MAIS LINC from the Wolverine Access Gateway. Click University Business, and then click My LINC (HRD and MAIS Learning & Information Center).
- Macintosh users must access MAIS LINC via Citrix by launching Citrix and selecting the Wolverine Access Gateway option from the Citrix Start menu.
- Open the Catalog on the home page and choose the category of choice under MAIS LINC.
MAIS LINC Tips
- To learn more about MAIS LINC, open the General Info category under MAIS LINC, and click Using MAIS LINC.
- To use some of the MAIS LINC resources, you need either the RapidPlayer plug-in (for Windows-based computers) or Citrix (for MacIntosh computers).
- To open documents stored in MAIS LINC, you will need the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- MAIS LINC files use pop-up windows. Make sure this feature is enabled in your browser.
