MAIS coordinates a training program that prepares U-M staff to use the M-Pathways systems, the U-M Data Warehouse and eMploy. Instructors are functional experts from the central business offices, academic units, and MAIS who understand the business processes supported by the systems. In most cases, U-M staff members are required to complete training to obtain access to the systems.
