  • Pop Up Blockers must be disabled
  • Automatic Prompting for File Downloads must be set to Enable in Internet Explorer
  • Site cannot be listed in Trusted Sites when using Vista
  • Ensure to remove the Java update setting, as specific Java version is needed/ specified settings

    (Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java Control Panel > Advanced (tab) > JRE Auto Download >Select Never Auto-Download)

    1. From the Edit Menu, click Select All
    2. From the File Menu, click Print
    3. In the Print options window, turn on the Print Selection Only checkbox in the Options section.
    4. Click Print
