  • Pop Up Blockers must be disabled
  • Automatic Prompting for File Downloads must be set to Enable in Internet Explorer
  • Site cannot be listed in Trusted Sites when using Vista
  • Ensure to remove the Java update setting, as specific Java version is needed/ specified settings

    (Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java Control Panel > Advanced (tab) > JRE Auto Download >Select Never Auto-Download)

  • Ensure the correct version of Java is installed and running

    (In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced (tab) > scroll to the Java (Sun) section > select the required Java version need for the application: Use JRE_1.x.x_x ,applet (requires restart)

  • Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
  • When uploading a file, the MIME-type may not be recognized, resulting in a generic icon for the file.
  • In IE7 and IE8,users may be unable to view or complete a Test Center assessment. Switching to Firefox is recommended.
  • In Firefox, spell check is turned off.
  • In Firefox, you will not be warned if the "Paste from Word" icon is not used when pasting content into the FCK editor.
  • In Firefox, pressing Enter inside a scrolling textbox will cause the page to jump to the top.

    3. In the Print options box, turn on the Selection radio button in the Print Range section.
    4. Click OK

    5. From Pages to Print option, select “Odd Only”
    6. Click Print
  • To print with Firefox:
    1. From the Edit Menu, click Select All
    2. From the File Menu, click Print
    3. In the Print options window, turn on the Print Selection Only checkbox in the Options section.
    4. Click Print
