M-Pathways Student Administration and HRMS

Windows Operating Systems Mac Operating Systems
  • Ensure that your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled.
    • Pop-up Blockers can typically and most effectively be disabled on-the-fly. For Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari, look for a notification in or near your browser's address bar stating that a pop-up has been blocked if a page is not loading correctly. In Internet Explorer, the notification will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
  • Clear your browser cache.
    • Internet Explorer
      • Click the 'Tools' menu from the top of Internet Explorer. If you do not see this menu, hit the 'alt' key on your keyboard and the toolbar containing it should appear. Alternatively, you may have a gear icon to click on at the top-right of the Internet Explorer window.
      • From this 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options'.
      • On the 'General' tab, click the 'Delete' button located under the 'Browsing History' subheader.
      • Select all checkboxes available here with the exception of 'Preserve Favorites website data', then click the 'Delete' button.
      • When the deletion process completes, close all Internet Explorer windows to complete the process.
    • Google Chrome
      • Click the three-line button located to the right of the address bar in Chrome.
      • From the menu that appears, select 'History'.
      • In this new window, click the button that reads 'Clear Browsing Data'.
      • In the new window that appears, set the drop-down box to the right of the text "Obliterate the following items from:" to read "the beginning of time".
      • Mark all checkboxes found underneath the time range selection, then click the "Clear browsing data" button.
      • Close all Google Chrome windows to complete the process.
    • Firefox
      • Select the 'Tools' menu from the top of Firefox. If you do not see this menu, hit the 'alt' key on your keyboard and the toolbar containing it should appear.
      • Select the 'Clear recent history' option from this menu.
      • Set the drop-down box located next to the text "Time range to clear:" to "Everything".
      • Select all checkboxes located underneath the time range selection. If you do not see these checkboxes immediately, you may need to click the 'details' button.
      • Click 'Clear Now'.
      • When the process completes, close all Firefox windows to complete the process.
    • Safari for Windows
      • Click the 'Edit' menu at the top of the Safari window. If you do not see this menu, hit the 'alt' key on your keyboard and the toolbar containing it should appear.
      • Select 'Reset Safari' from this menu.
      • Select all checkboxes from the window that appears, then click the 'Reset' button.
      • Once the reset has completed, close all Safari windows to complete the process.
  • Ensure that your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled.
    • Pop-up Blockers can typically and most effectively be disabled on-the-fly.
