Resources for 3C Coordinators

Three features in the Campus Community module are used to track interactions with students. Known as the 3Cs, these features are Communications, Comments, and Checklists. Each academic unit can designate at least one 3C Coordinator as a contact for implementing and supporting the 3Cs within the unit. The following resources are available for 3C Coordinators:

• Blank Forms and Instructions for requesting new 3C setup.
• 3C References and Lists including Administrative Functions, Communication Methods, and Academic Unit codes.
• Sample Microsoft Word Templates for use with ccltrgen and Data Warehouse data.
• Mergefield Lists showing fields which can be included in Microsoft Word templates.
• Batch Load of Communications templates for use when assigning communications in batch into the M-Pathways system.
