Citrix Password Rules

The following Citrix password rules, which were implemented on March 25, 2006, result from security changes in the Citrix domain. They affect Citrix users the first time that they change their password after that date. Requirements for passwords are:

• Passwords need to be at least eight characters long
• Passwords cannot contain the user's user id or full name
• Passwords must contain at least three of the following four character types:
  • Upper case
  • Lower case
  • Numeric
  • Special character ($, #, @, and so on

Your reset password will be valid for one year. Also, each time you reset your password, you will not be able to re-use the five previously used passwords.
