HR Metrics Overview

HR Metrics, using ProClarity, is the supported reporting tool used to analyze Human Resource related metrics. You can use this tool to analyze departmental trends and potential issues. The data in the HR Metrics system is captured from the M-Pathways ODS system and is refreshed monthly.

HR Metrics is available on Wolverine Access. To locate it:

1. Open Wolverine Access in your browser.
2. Click University Business.
3. Click Reporting.
4. Click HR Metrics

Michigan Administrative Information Services (MAIS) provides software licensing and distribution for HR Metrics as well as support from the MAIS Help Desk.
