eResearch Human Subjects Research Data Set

The eResearch Human Subjects Research data set contains reformatted data from the eResearch Regulatory Management production system.

• Research data can be obtained from user-defined ad hoc queries.
• Use the Online Access Request System (OARS) to request access to the Human Subjects Research data set.

Human Subjects Research Data Set: contains status and selected study information for applications, continuing reviews (renewals and terminations), amendments, and adverse events submitted in the eResearch production system. Used for Institutional Review Board and unit and department reporting. The data set is generally available Sunday, noon - Saturday, 11:00 p.m., except when the data is being refreshed. Refer to the Refresh Information for specific refresh times.

eResearch Proposal Management Data Set

Data will be available in the eResearch Proposal Management data set based on the following schedule:

November 17 - December 24, 2008

The eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) data set will only contain data from a few pilot projects created in the eRPM production system.

Starting January 5, 2009

The eRPM data set will contain:

• All PRISM data
• eRPM production system data
• Pilot projects created in the eRPM production system
• Paper PAFs entered by DRDA staff

Proposal Management (eRPM) Data Set: contains administrative and financial data on proposals and awards processed by DRDA. All proposals and awards are keyword coded, enabling searches on the sponsored activities of the faculty.

The data set is generally available Sunday, noon - Saturday, 11:00 p.m., except when the data is being refreshed. Refer to the Refresh Information for specific refresh times.
