Development Data Set for Ad Hoc Reporting

The Development data set in the U-M Data Warehouse contains reformatted data from the Development/Alumni Constituent (DAC) System.

• Development data can be obtained from user-defined ad hoc queries as well as from predefined reports.
• For training and access requirements, see the Online Access Request System (OARS).

Development/Alumni Constituent (DAC) Data Set: Contains degree, demographic, gift, pledge, and prospect tracking data for all alumni and donors who are included on the Development Alumni Constituent operational system. Used to produce alumni publication mailing labels, analyze giving trends, track pledge fulfillment and donor history, and identify groups for alumni activities and events. The data set is generally available Sunday, noon - Saturday, 11:00 p.m., except when the data is being refreshed. Refer to the Refresh Information for specific refresh times.
