The CRAS (College Resources Analysis System) data sets contain reformatted data from the M-Pathways Human Resource Management and Student Administration Systems and the legacy administrative data systems.
CRAS data sets are:
Data on instructional activity by term for all academic units on the Ann Arbor campus (except for the Medical and Dental Schools) beginning with Spring Term 2001. Includes which courses were taught and by whom, types and numbers of class sections offered, and enrollment figures by course.
Used to analyze faculty teaching loads, costs of instruction, course enrollment trends, and average class size. Based on snapshots of student records, curriculum and human resources data taken midway through each term.
The data set is generally available Sunday, noon - Saturday, 11:00 p.m., except when the data is being refreshed. Refer to the Refresh Information for specific refresh times.
