• DRDA Notification of Proposal Receipt
• Addition of E-Mail Contact Information to Subcontract Paperwork

Division of Research Development and Administration (DRDA) Notification of Proposal Receipt (August 2002):
DRDA is now sending e-mail notification when a proposal is received and logged into the central database. This e-mail goes to the Principal Investigator (PI) and the Single Administrative Point of Contact (SAPOC). The new e-mail includes: the Project Representative to whom it was assigned, the DRDA number, the title, the direct sponsor, and the PI. (Note: This just acknowledges proposal receipt by DRDA, it DOES NOT indicate the proposal was sent to the sponsor.)

Addition of Email Contact to the Subcontract Paperwork (August 2002):
To help eliminate the uncertainty about when subcontract paperwork is mailed to the subcontractor, the Contract Administration Office added a department contact line to the contract paperwork. If you want to receive e-mail notification when your subcontract is sent to the subcontractor for signature, supply your e-mail address in the space provided on the contract paperwork. The Contract Administration Office will send e-mail notification of the date the subcontract paperwork was mailed.
