IInformation and Technology Services Offers After-Hours Support

The ITS Administrative Help Desk now offers after-hours support for U-M faculty and staff, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and on weekends, 5:00 p.m., Friday – 8:00 a.m., Monday.

Information and Technology Services (ITS) offers an online and telephone service to report system/application outages and slow response times, or to request assistance with resetting passwords for administrative systems and applications available on Wolverine Access.

Faculty and staff can call 734-936-7000, option 0, or for those who prefer the web, the Online Help Desk allows individuals to submit problems via a convenient Web form.

Requesting help via the web has additional advantages as faculty and staff can:

  • Check the status of submitted requests.
  • View a history of their requests.
  • Review resolutions of previously submitted requests.

Non-emergency requests will be responded to the next business day.
