DART Design and Configuration Begins
Project Team unveils organizational plan and structure
Two phases of DART implementation:
Phase I (Spring 2009 – 2011)
- Convert and shut down DAC
- Implement base modules and online services
Phase II (2011 – TBD)
- Implement remaining modules: Events, Volunteer Membership, and Document Management
Design teams will configure DART for U-M
We are seeking help from development and financial community members across the University. There are several areas and positions available. Different levels of commitment are required. Supervisor approval is required for some of the design team positions. Your staff may approach you for permission. (Presentation explaining available positions and commitment levels)
