Six eRPM BusinessObjects UM-Maintained Reports Available

Dennis Cebulski announces availability of additional reports in the RS02 BusinessObjects universe in the eResearch Proposal Management data set.

I am pleased to announce that six "canned" or repository queries for the eResearch II (Proposal Management) data set are now available. The remaining repository queries will follow in addition to several new queries.

The following repository queries are now available in BusinessObjects under Public Folders, UM-Maintained, Research for the RS02 Proposal Management data set:

RS02 Active Awards by Person
RS02 Active Awards by Proposal Administrative Department
RS02 Active Awards by Proposal Administrative School or College
RS02 Pending Proposals by Person
RS02 Pending Proposals by Proposal Administrative Department
RS02 Pending Proposals by Proposal Administrative School or College

Please note the following change to the RS02 Proposal Management repository queries from the DRA01 PRISM repository queries:

All proposals have an "administrative department" which is entered on the PAF at the time of proposal preparation. The proposal administrative department will default to the department of the appointment of the PI selected on the PAF or the PI can choose another proposal administrative department. Since any department can serve as the proposal administrative department, the proposal administrative department may not reflect the administrative or appointing department of the PI or any of the personnel entered on the PAF.

All school/college(s) information in the repository queries above refers to the school/college(s) of the proposal administrative department.
