System Operations Services

The following services are offered by ITS Technical Infrastructure Operations (TIO).

On-Call/Callback Service describes the technical support available for MAIS systems and includes guidelines for requesting service.

Client-Server Backup and Restore Service defines backup and restore schedules, policies, methodologies, and basic architecture deployed for all MAIS client-server systems.
