Dear financial community members,
I'm sharing some news from the DART Project below. This newsletter is a resource for staff across the University who are affected by the DART Project about our progress. In this issue, you'll see and hear some messages about volunteering for the DART Project. We've asked members of the development community to step forward to participate in design sessions, and will soon be asking for members of the financial community to step forward as well.
In particular, we know Financial community volunteers are needed for DART’s Revenue Management functional area. Many of you were involved in the Life Cycle of the Gift requirement gathering process. The design group covering this area will determine how Fund Data, Matching Gifts, Gift Administration, the Finance/Fund Interface and the Life Cycle of the Gift will work in the new DART system.
This presentation provides some information about how the project is organized and where volunteers are needed. If you're interested in participating as a volunteer, or you have someone on your staff you want to volunteer, please review the information packets for design teams and/or the resource group). Complete the form on the back of either packet and submit it to indicate your interest. If you have questions about volunteering before committing, please contact Thom Madden (thommad@umich.edu) with your questions.
