Time & Labor

Overview

The Time & Labor module of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) provides a resource for managing all aspects of time and labor tracking.

Time & Labor processing provides the ability for time to be submitted via hardcopy time reports, entered directly into M-Pathways, or entered via an interface file from another time reporting system. The Leave Accrual component provides the capacity to set up leave plans and programs; maintain leave enrollment and participation for sick, vacation, and paid time off; and maintain accruals and balances for leave plans.

A list of M-Pathways Time and Labor Data Entry Deadlines and the Leave Accrual Schedule is available on the Payroll Web site.

To receive reminder e-mail messages about hardcopy bi-weekly time report deadlines, join the "biweekly timereport info" e-mail group. (NOTE: This e-mail reminder is automatically sent to non-Hospital department managers and/or their designated time report recipients.) Instructions are available for subscribing to "joinable"
