UL January 23 Webcast

January 23 Joint Unit Liaison Meeting Webcast

Attending the Webcast of the January 23, 2008 Joint Financial, HRMS, Student Administration, and Research Unit Liaison Meeting, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.

1. Ensure system requirements are on your desktop

Windows System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP (flash is not necessary)
• Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
• Speakers or Headphones

Mac System Requirements

• Mac OS X 10.2, 10.3 or 10.4 (flash is not necessary)
• Windows Media Player 9.0 available at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/mac/mp9/default.aspx
• Safari 1.1 or higher
• Speakers or Headphones

2. Run a test to ensure you are able to access the January 23 Webcast. A test stream has been set up and will be available 24/7 until 30-60 minutes prior to the Webcast at: http://umtv-live-rs.itd.umich.edu/mais/julm012308.asx. If you are unable to access the test stream, cut and paste the URL directly into the player. If you continue to have difficulty, contact your desktop support staff for assistance.
3. Complete registration form for Webcast.
4. Download PowerPoint presentations (coming soon) prior to the meeting. Webcast participants will be able to hear the presenter, view live meeting, and submit questions.
5. Send an e-mail to mais.webcast.questions@umich.edu to ask a question during the Webcast.
6. Login to the Webcast at: http://umtv-live.rs.itd.umich.edu/mais/julm012308.asx
