Announcements - 10 minutes
- ITS Service Center Update
- The ITS Help Desk (General Computing Help Desk and Administrative Computing Help Desk), Accounts & Access, Education Services, and University Operator are now called the ITS Service Center.
- The prompts for the 4-HELP phone number changed on March 13, to:
- Administrative and General Computing Support
(ex: any administrative system, HEProd, FINProd, eResearch, Concur, Reporting, e-mail, wireless, etc)
- Access and Accounts
(ex: Kerberos, Citrix, and Oracle passwords; MToken; My LINC; Online Access Request System (OARS); uniqname creation; etc.)
- Computing SITES
- ITSCom Repair
- ITSCom Customer Service
- Education Services
- Business Objects Upgrade
- BusinessObjects WebI update scheduled for later this spring.
- First communication to users will go out approximately 2 weeks before the update is implemented.
- All BusinessObjects users: please delete reports that you no longer need from your Favorites, Inbox, and User-Shared folders.
- eResearch Proposal Management system update
- System update scheduled for June 10, 2011
- Vendor software upgrade scheduled for late July/early August 2011
