Announcements - 10 minutes
  • ITS Service Center Update
    • The ITS Help Desk (General Computing Help Desk and Administrative Computing Help Desk), Accounts & Access, Education Services, and University Operator are now called the ITS Service Center.
    • The prompts for the 4-HELP phone number changed on March 13, to:
      1. Administrative and General Computing Support
        (ex: any administrative system, HEProd, FINProd, eResearch, Concur, Reporting, e-mail, wireless, etc)
      2. Access and Accounts
        (ex: Kerberos, Citrix, and Oracle passwords; MToken; My LINC; Online Access Request System (OARS); uniqname creation; etc.)
      3. Computing SITES
      4. ITSCom Repair
      5. ITSCom Customer Service
      6. Education Services
  • Business Objects Upgrade
    • BusinessObjects WebI update scheduled for later this spring.
    • First communication to users will go out approximately 2 weeks before the update is implemented.
    • All BusinessObjects users: please delete reports that you no longer need from your Favorites, Inbox, and User-Shared folders.
  • eResearch Proposal Management system update
    • System update scheduled for June 10, 2011
    • Vendor software upgrade scheduled for late July/early August 2011
