What Was the Purpose Of the Conference?

The conference presentation topics were intended to enable attendees to:

• Explore how staff in various units use administrative data and systems to implement and improve business processes for their departments.

• Learn how business insight can help you and your department plan strategically for the future.

Staff from schools & colleges, central offices, and MAIS presented over 25 sessions related to these topics.
