On January 1, 2009, the University is changing the way people who are not employees but who are paid as employees are taxed. These are the people whose payments are processed on the Payment to Non-Employee for Taxable Services Form.

To ensure graduate student assistants--GSIs, GSSAs, and RA--are meeting contractual or policy requirements regarding enrollment, a new process is being developed to identify non-compliant students, as requested by Academic HR. An overview and planned timeline for this new functionality will be provided.
