Advisors on Information Management Strategy (AIMS)
Advisors on Information Management Strategy (AIMS)
is a University-wide group of administrative data users that is
partnering with MAIS to develop a strategic direction for leveraging
administrative information at U-M. This means using the enterprise
systems and data to realize a return on the University's investment
in those systems: providing information for improved strategic decision-making;
monitoring operational performance; and enhancing financial and
operational control.
AIMS represents users at all levels that access
all types of administrative information, with a focus on providing
management information to deans, directors and executive officers.
