Real-Time Financials: eReconciliation

M-Pathways eReconciliation provides Statement of Activity (SOA) reconcilers an online option for verifying their unit’s and/or project/grant’s financial transactions.  With eReconciliation you can:

  • Sort the transactions in the grid to help you locate transactions for reconciliation or information.
  • Mark transactions as reconciled to provide “at a glance” status information for the transaction.
  • Annotate transactions to provide additional information about the transaction and reconciliation efforts.
  • Provide the financial information, as appropriate, to other departmental staff through reports and/or other systems (e.g., M-Reports).
    (Future release, date TBD)

M-Pathways eReconciliation will be available through an early release on Tuesday, June 20, 2008.  The eReconciliation reports are currently under construction (release date TBD).

eReconciliation, along with the Reporting Budget Ledger, enable “end-to-end” financial reporting capability through the centrally-supported systems.  To learn more about using the Reporting Budget Ledger for all-funds budgeting:

eReconciliation Access

Department Managers and Single Administrative Points of Contact (SAPOCs) for project/grants automatically receive eReconciliation access in M-Pathways as of June 20, 2008.  Financial Unit Liaisons are working to request access for those in their units who reconcile SOAs.

After June 20, 2008, request the FN RECONCILIATION role in the Online Access Request System to obtain M-Pathways eReconciliation access.
