Internet Explorer browser (IE 6 or IE 7)¹ with Windows XP
Rapid Player
Adobe Acrobat Reader²

¹The settings for your Internet Explorer browser need to be changed to accept pop-up windows so that you can successfully perform some tasks in M-Pathways. The following documents provide instructions for making this change:

²The most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access documents in several ITS-supported applications. You can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

U-M Data Warehouse accessed via BusinessObjects query tool

Cookies and Javascript must be enabled. Please refer to the instructions in Turning on Javascript
ITS primary System Test version is Windows XP with Internet Explorer 6. Supplemental testing has taken place using the Macintosh operating system and the Safari browser.

Citrix Presentation Server 10.x clients support Microsoft Vista. The majority of known issues with Presentation Server 9.x clients on Vista have been resolved.

Note: When printing from a Citrix-based application, select a printer that is not listed in Printers That Do Not Work When Printing Administrative Data Through Citrix.
