Incompatible Printers List

Printers That Do Not Work With Citrix

ITS has identifed printers that do not work or that generate inaccurate output when printing administrative data reports through Citrix. ITS is unable to support these printers, and recommends that you avoid purchasing one of them.

What Departments Can Do

• Refer to this page before purchasing a printer to ensure that the printer you are considering has not been added to this list.
• If you have any of the printers listed below, direct administrative data reports to an alternate departmental printer.

Non-Working Printers List

These printers are incompatible with Citrix, and print problems can occur when they are used with Windows-based or Macintosh computers and any of the administrative data reporting tools (PS Query, Crystal, SQR, nVision, BusinessObjects v. 5.1).
