Mac Citrix Option for Accessing MAIS Web-Based Resources

Macintosh OS X users have the option of accessing Web-based resources on Wolverine Access through a Windows-based Web browser in Citrix.
Benefits of Using Citrix v.10 to Access Web-Based Resources
- Citrix v.10 provides increased security.
- Use of Citrix is required for full functionality when using My LINC.
- Makes the shadow tool used by the MAIS Help Desk available to Macintosh users who are consulting with Help Desk staff about their work on a Web-based resource.
Note: This Citrix option is not necessary for accessing M-Marketsite. Macintosh users should access M-Marketsite through their desktop Web browser directly from Wolverine Access.
Accessing Wolverine Access Via Citrix
To use Citrix to access Wolverine Access:
- Log on to Citrix using your Citrix ID and Citrix password. (Follow the Citrix Password Rules when setting up a Citrix password.)
- Choose Wolverine Access Gateway from the Citrix Start menu.
- Log in to Wolverine Access using your uniqname and UMICH (Kerberos) password.
- Select from the desired Wolverine Access menu and begin your work.
