Mac Citrix Option for Accessing MAIS Web-Based Resources

On This Page:

Macintosh OS X users have the option of accessing Web-based resources on Wolverine Access through a Windows-based Web browser in Citrix.

Benefits of Using Citrix v.10 to Access Web-Based Resources

  • Citrix v.10 provides increased security.
  • Use of Citrix is required for full functionality when using My LINC.
  • Makes the shadow tool used by the MAIS Help Desk available to Macintosh users who are consulting with Help Desk staff about their work on a Web-based resource.

Note: This Citrix option is not necessary for accessing M-Marketsite. Macintosh users should access M-Marketsite through their desktop Web browser directly from Wolverine Access.
