The list below will help you interpret the status information
that the Access Request Database provides in response to your request.
Received by MAIS Access Services:
The request has been received and information from the M1 form is being
entered for processing.
Pending Approval: The
request is being reviewed by the appropriate authorizers.
Waiting for Required Training:
The request has been approved, but the user has not completed the necessary
classes required for the type of access being requested. To register for
training contact the MAIS Help Desk at (734) 936-7000, option #2. If the
user has completed the necessary training contact the Help Desk for more
information.
Processing Request: The
ID is being created or modified.
Request Complete: The
confirmation e-mail has been sent to the user.
Inactive: The request
was stopped. This may be for several reasons - duplicate requests, access
no longer needed by user, and so on. Please contact MAIS Access Services
at (734) 936-7000, option #2, for more information.
