MAIS Spirit of Excellence Award Recognition Program

The MAIS Spirit of Excellence (SOE) Award Recognition Program provides an opportunity for you to acknowledge MAIS staff, ITSS staff, and other members of the U-M community for exceptional performance and contributions that exemplify MAIS values and behaviors.

All U-M students, faculty, and staff members are encouraged to nominate their colleagues for the MAIS Spirit of Excellence Award. Award recipients will receive a Spirit of Excellence pin and a certificate acknowledging their contribution to MAIS.

Please complete and submit the following form to nominate an individual or a group for a Spirit of Excellence Award. If you have any questions, please submit them to the Spirit of Excellence Committee: mais.soec (at) umich.edu
