View Settings

Adobe Connect Pro allows you to choose between two options for viewing the recording.

The Scale to fit button is the default choice. Click the Scroll button to increase the size of the text in the screen sharing screen. The screen will now follow the presenter's cursor.

Audio Settings

The audio level may vary throughout the Webcast. Adjust the volume during the meeting to hear questions and comments from audience members. Be careful when you increase volume levels - the presenter audio is much louder than audience members.

PC

Double Click the speaker icon in the lower right toolbar.

There are two volume output adjustment sliders - Master Volume and Wave. We recommend setting the Wave volume in the middle and adjusting the Master volume accordingly.

Click the speaker icon in the upper right of the screen.

Adjust the volume slider accordingly.

 

If you can't locate the speaker icon on your desktop...

1. Click the apple icon in the upper left part of your screen.

3. Coose the Output tab. Adjust the Output volume slider accordingly.
